woosells provides managed hosting for WordPress and WooCommerce stores, including provisioning, backups, performance tuning and support, as described on our website.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful content, to infringe third-party rights, or to compromise the security or availability of our infrastructure or other customers.

We may suspend stores that threaten the stability or security of the platform, with notice where reasonably possible.

4. Fees and billing

The service is billed as a flat monthly base fee plus a resource bracket allocated to your traffic, as described in our pricing. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to your store content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, back up and operate your store on your behalf.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service highly available and operate scheduled backups, but the service is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the [LIABILITY PERIOD] preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the client area. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period.
